The Kuble Talent Trainee Programme is a career accelerator into digital marketing for talented career changers.

Conditions
The duration of the programme is 6 months with a 100% workload (42 h / week). During this time, a salary of CHF 4'500 will be paid. You will work in the following areas of our agency services and gain a insight:

• Performance Marketing
• Content and multimedia production
• Social media management
• Project Management
• Data and Analytics
• Metaverse and Web3 Services
• Blockchain Marketing
• Thought Leadership

Objective
The goal of the programme is a permanent position with a focus in one of the areas listed above.

Conditions for a permanent position are a successfully completed Talent Trainee Programme and mutual interest.
